It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Joseph Kopshever Sr. of Newburgh, Indiana, born in Evergreen Park, Illinois, who passed away on May 3, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Donald and Dorothy Jean Kopshever (Kelly); his brothers, Edward, William and David Kopshever; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Betty Queen.
He is survived by: his wife Frankie Dawn Kopshever (Queen); his sons, Michael J. Kopshever, Jr. (Laura) and Matthew S. Kopshever (Lynette); his grandchildren, Hayden, Katie, Sadie Raye and Ricky; his brother Thomas P. Kopshever (Jean); his sisters-in-law, Mary Kopshever, Beth Ann Kopshever and Judy Kopshever; his nieces and nephews, Kathy, Brad, Kelly, Jeanie, Andy, Kevin, Jennifer and Kristin; and his pet Murphy.
