He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jack Hooper and Martha Hooper (Mitchell). He is survived by: his siblings, Marcia Drollinger (Robert), Jim Hooper (Sue) and Mark Hooper. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
