He is survived by: his wife Karen Douglass of Newburgh; his sons, Michael Douglass of Newburgh and Brian Douglass of Madison, AL; his grandchildren, Ethan, Eli, Jing Jing, Isaac, Connor and Kyle; his brothers, Gene and Scott Douglass; and his sister-in-law Janice Sawyer of Sebring, FL..
