She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Payton Hancock and Bessie Hancock (Thomas); her husband William B. Puryear; and her siblings, Montelle Jenkins and Morris Hancock.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Green, Bonnie Puryear and Brenda Huber (Michael); her grandchildren, Jeff Green (Deena), Kelly Miles (Mark) and John Green (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Ashley (Andy), Andrew, Abbey, Daniel and Luke; and her great great grandchildren, Colton and Henry.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boone Funeral Home (5330 Washington Ave, Evansville, IN 47715). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
