She was predeceased by: her father Walter Raymond Shrode; her daughters, Sharon Marie Fowler and Julia Lee Dodson; and her sister Edna Irene Krantz. She is survived by: her children, Christa Lou Bellomy of Evansville, IN, Michael Horn of Amelia, OH and Alex Ray Horn of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Serena, Sharona, Douglas, Alexis, Mark Allen Jr., Drew, Kaycee Lynn and Kristopher; her great grandchildren, Koralyn Lois and Oaklee; and her brother Robert Raymond Shrode of Yankeetown, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Koman Foundation.
