He is survived by: his wife Mary of Newburgh, IN; his son David (Mary) of Indianapolis, IN; his stepchild Jeff Smithson (Marie) of New Albany, IN; his grandchild Caitlyn Tapp of Louisville, KY; and his brothers, Larry (Mova) of Newburgh, IN and Steve (Teresa) of Evansville, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
