He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Byers; his wife Juanita Chase; his siblings, Billy Ray Chase, Charles Walter Chase, Steven Dale Robinson, Jerry Wayne Robinson, Dorothy Jean Benjamin, Francis Chase, Ronald and Donald Chase; and his stepchildren, Deborah Ashby and Timothy Ashby.
He is survived by: his daughter Anita Chase-Dillard; his granddaughter Aimee Michelle Dillard; his siblings, Karen Lou Lee and Joe Dan Robinson; his niece Dorothy Jean Miller; his great grandchildren, Austen and Tamsin Cowling; his stepchildren, Joanne Douglas (David), Donna Ashby and Bill Ashby (Cheryl); and his stepgrandchildren, Nicole, Christopher, Stacy, Cory, Sonya, Kayla, Chelsea, Kyle, Brad, Zachery and Billy.
