He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hebner and Imogene Hebner (Martz); his wives, Paula Hebner (Scales) and Peggi Hebner; his siblings, Jim Hebner and Shirley Allen; his grandson Nicholas Spann; and his great grandchildren, Charleigh Decker and Jaxon Coleson.
He is survived by: his children, Sherri Niswonger (Ron) and Shawn Hebner (Crystal); his grandchildren, Isaac Hebner (Madison), Ian Hebner, Drew Hebner, Chase Hebner, Jacquelyn Coleson (Wes), Blake Niswonger and Jaidan Niswonger; and his great grandchildren, Millie Jane Hebner, Liam Decker, Royce Decker, Taylin Coleson, Sebastian Niswonger and Elijah Niswonger.
