He was predeceased by: his parents, Evy Russ and Marie Russ Matlock (Massingill); his wife Birgitta Russ (Gitta); and his siblings, Ruth Ann West, Zelma Woolum, Elmer Russ and Matt Harold Russ.
He is survived by: his daughter Natascha Waggoner; his granddaughter Kenzie Waggoner; his great grandchild Bristan Waggoner; his brothers, Clell and Larry Russ; his sister-in-law Ilona McDaniels; his nieces, Tracy Fernandez, Christine Bauer, Judy Darling and Debra Graham; and his nephew Mark Garcia.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Alexander Newburgh Chapel (5333 IN-261, Newburgh, IN 47630).
