It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Detective Robert H. Overby of Newburgh, Indiana, born in Clay, Kentucky, who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carvill Overby and Nettie Irene Overby; and his daughter Donna Fulcher. He is survived by: his wife Sue Overby; his daughter Debbie Klausmeier; his grandchildren, Paige Olson (Cole), Clay Olson (Savannah) and Sarah Deckard (Eric); his great grandchildren, Keaton Skeels, Skyelar Stute, Devin Dockery, Gavin and Caleb Deckard; and his pet Reba.
