He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Fries and Thelma Fries (Finney); and his sisters, Anita Frisbie and Pat Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Flo Ruwersma; his sons, Craig Fries (Ashley Lloyd) and Eric Fries (Patricia); his brother Richard A. Fries (Maria); and his grandchildren, Morgan Fries, Taylor Fries, Ian Fries, Megan Fries, David Fries, Caiden Lloyd, Kloey Lloyd and Kash Lloyd.
