With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte H. Eckert of Newburgh, Indiana, born in Whitesville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 5, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrille Howard and Margurite Howard (Shively); and her siblings, Ida Mae Allen, Janie Foss, Frank Howard, Darrell Howard, Walter Howard and Kevin Howard.
She is survived by: her husband Robert M. "Mike" Eckert; her children, Lisa McCormick (Eric) of Noblesville, IN and Brad Eckert (Susanne) of Elm Grove, WI; her siblings, Nelda Grant (Gary) of Philpot, KY, Shelby Howard (Kay) of Whitesville, KY, Russell Howard of Owensboro, KY and Leslie Howard (Susie) of Philpot, KY; her sisters-in-law, Becky Howard of Newburgh, IN and Nancy Howard of Philpot, KY; and her grandchildren, Jacob McCormick (Claire), Mitchell McCormick, Morgan Eckert and Grace Eckert. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
