She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Paul Herrenbruck and Maude Laverne "Pat" Carnahan Herrenbruck. She is survived by: her former husband Steven Whitehead; her children, Joshua, Perry, Olivia, Sara Donovan and Andrea Whitehead (Chris Lunn); her grandsons, Joshua and Perry; her son Jared Whitehead (Ashley); her granddaughter Olivia; and her sisters, Nancy Schneider (late David) and Paula Reininga (Alan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and countless dear friends, former colleagues, partners.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
