He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sons, Kent Johnson (Cindy) and Brent Johnson (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jamie Mull (Aaron), Jackie Alexander (Blake), Lynsey Roscoe (Ben) and Clayton Johnson (Lily); his great grandchildren, Blair, Rhodes, Bonnie Ellisyn, Jack, Caroline and Charlotte; his siblings, Jimmie, Mike Johnson (Marsha) and Jean Taylor (Henry); and his stepchildren, Ed Corn (Kim), Don Corn and Vicki Pancake.
