He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Stolyarenko and Lidiya Stolyarenko; his wife Lyubov "Luba" Stolyarenko (Gomela); his son Yuriy Stolyarenko; and his parents-in-law, Vladimir and Nadia Gomela.

He is survived by: his children, Irina Duffy, Olga Tsybulnik, Julia Tonchev, Vladimir Stolyarenko, Sergey Stolyarenko (Viktoriya) and Daniel Stolyarenko (Yanina); and his sister Luba Tsybulnik (Viktor). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the family for the grandchildren's education fund.
