She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Lee and Lillian Lee (Carlson); her husband Donald Kostelny; her granddaughter Samantha Chandler; and her sister Eleanor Helakoski.
She is survived by: her children, Kristine Chandler (Andy), Karen Greene (Mike), Daniel Kostelny (Kim) and Dale Kostelny (Elizabeth); her grandsons, Jason Chandler (Misti) and Cody Greene; and her great grandchild Lucas Chandler.
