She was predeceased by: her parents, Paris McDonald and Nellie McDonald (Cullison); her former husband William Mack Huffine; her husband Rex G. Harrell; and her siblings, Wilber McDonald and Clara Carr.
She is survived by: her daughter Sue Aynes (Jim); her grandchildren, Randy Sullivan (Kim) and Brandi Sullivan (Robert); her stepgranddaughters, Pam Wolfe (Wayne), Laura Blanton (Chris) and Mitzi Johnson (Bert); and her brother Lloyd Ray McDonald.
The family asked that any memorial donations in Bertha's name be given to Riley Children's Hospital or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
