She is survived by: her children, Kelly Arzate, Amy Wallace (Bob) of Greenwood and Heather Clair of New Whiteland; her siblings, Monna Ulfers (Jim), Joan Bullard, Dean Mattingly, Daniel Mattingly and Russell Mattingly (Ann); and her grandchildren, Jill Stanton, Michelle Arzate, Kyle Keith, Kevin Wallace, Allison Wallace and Shawn Clair.
