He is survived by: his wife Sharon Proctor; his children, Eddie Proctor (Jen), David Proctor (Julie) and Vicky Moss (Barry); and his siblings, Donna Whitt (Lonnie), Bruce Proctor (Rhonda) and Brenda Cooper. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
