He is survived by: his wife Shelia of New Whiteland; his children, David Mathis (Vanessa) and Tina Madsen (Shawn); his grandchildren, Tyler, Aryanna, David and Myles; and his siblings, James Hall (Joanne), Shirley Spencer and Wanda Peed.
