He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Milligan of Paoli; his parents, Charles Edward and Anna Louise Wininger (Frisz); and his siblings, Glenn, Clyde, Leo Wininger, Mary and Imogene Wininger.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Lane (Robert) of Indianapolis, Julie White (Jim) of Greenwood and Jason Wininger (Alyson) of Indianapolis; his grandchild Hanna White of Florida; and his siblings, Joe, Alta, LaRue and Ruthie.
