He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bryan and Fern Virginia Bower (Dean); and his brother Douglas Bower. He is survived by: his wife Gail Bower (Rivers); his children, Bryan Bower (Pam) of Charlestown, IN and Stephanie Carver of New Washington, IN; his grandchildren, Bridgette Bower (Brad Franklin) of Lexington, IN, Dalton Carver of New Washington and Dylan Carver (Shaylon Kannapel) of Lanesville, IN; and his great grandchildren, Hadley, Adalyn, Arlee Franklin and Everlee Renn.
