She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Davis and Raymond Davis; her brother Charlie; her sister-in-law Sandy Davis; and her nephew Joey.

She is survived by: her husband Randy Hostetler; her son Ryan Hostetler (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Easton, Ava, Luke, Dalton and Hunter.

In honor of her memory, the family requests that instead of flowers, contributions be made to Amedysis Hospice, in gratitude for the exceptional care they provided to Sharla.
