She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Clifford and Dorothy Hammond Bower; her daughter Cindy Hockensmith; her sister Barbara Clampitt; and her former husband James 'Bud Willey.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Willey (Angela Colwell) of Charlestown and Randy Willey (Tammy) of New Washington; her brother Larry Bower (Donna) of North Carolina; her son-in-law Keith Hockensmith; her grandchildren, Jenise Stewart (Corey), Samantha Montgomery (Jiah Lock), April Dabney, Emily Willey, Erin Willey and Stanley Willey; and her pet Callie. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
