He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Sublett; his children, Danielle Dornbach (Christopher), Donald Sublett (Julie) and Jason Sublett (Lauren); his grandchildren, Montana (Eric), Breana and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Brentley, Corbin and Braxton; his brother Rick Basham (Mary); and his cousins, Stuart Lockwood (Terri) and Loris Kudela (Tim).
