He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Campbell and Lucille Atkins Campbell; his former wife Betty Jo Feller Campbell; his stepdaughter Danielle Lyle; and his siblings, Charles, Dump Campbell, Jacqueline Hill and Betty Brownell.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta L. Campbell; his children, Frank Campbell of New Salisbury, IN and Melissa Cochran (Mike) of Corydon, IN; his stepson Brandon Lyle (Jamie) of Ramsey, IN; his half-sister Michelle Campbell Richardson (David) of Louisville, KY.; his grandchildren, Joshua Gresham (Teresa), Mistie Gresham and Ashley Pierce (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Slevin, Lilly, Hudson and Cash.
