He is survived by: his wife Jackie Klapheke Payne; his siblings, Ronnie Payne (Toya), Donnie Payne (Susie), Shirley Payne Lang and Anita Nichols (Steve); his sons, Reginald Payne (Julie), Richard Payne (Ryan) and Robert Payne (Amy); and his grandchildren, Joey, Jackie, Rheyna, Finn and Aidan.
