Pate Jr. of New Salisbury, Indiana, born in Corydon, Indiana, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Russell L. Pate Sr.; his grandmother Pauline Lange; and his uncles, Robert and Paul Pate. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Lang of Depauw, Indiana; his wife Stephanie S. Pate (Cozart) of New Salisbury, Indiana; his children, Dustin L. Pate of Ramsey, Justin P. Pate of Jeffersonville, Aaron E. Pavey of Lanesville, Gunner L. Pate of New Salisbury, Indiana and Alisha K. Hattabaugh of Corydon, Indiana; his siblings, Thomas Berkenmeyer of Ramsey, Indiana, Theresa Taylor of Corydon, Cindy Stacey of Clarksville and Tonya Berkenmeyer of Ramsey, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Karley, Nolan Pate, Lilly Pate, Anaya Pate, Elizabeth Pavey, Tanner Pavey and Ayden Hattabaugh.
