He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lewellyn and Madeline Lewellyn (Whiteman); and his sister Carol J. Emmert. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Lewellyn (Leslie) and Anthony Lewellyn; and his brothers, Charles M. Lewellyn and Clyde E. Lewellyn. He is also survived by five grandchildren as well as four great grandchildren.
