He is survived by: his wife Angela Amis Smith; his stepchildren, Michael Reynolds of New Salisbury and Amanda Daley (Michael) of Evansville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Madison Stewart, Dayton Reynolds, Kiernan Shawler and Walker Daly; his siblings, Timothy Smith (Brenda) of Corydon, Catherine Womack (Perry) of New Salisbury and Suzanne Wright (Steve) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; his stepbrother Kenneth McClellan (Rose) of Corydon; and his close friend Roxy. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
