It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Pennington Ransom of New Salisbury, Indiana, born in Manchester, Kentucky, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherden Hacker and Gladys Sizemore Hacker; her husbands, Charles Pennington, Sr. and Hubert Ransom; and her daughter Judy Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Pennington, Jr. (Sue Young) of New Amsterdam, IN, Jeffrey S. Pennington of New Salisbury, IN, Larry Pennington (Carla) of Corydon, IN, Debbie Lynn Chinn (Jerry) of Corydon, IN, Peggy Pennington of New Salisbury, IN and Linda Sue Hickerson (George) of Milltown, IN; and her brother LeRoy Hacker (Charlotte) of Marengo, IN. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren 20 great grandchildren.
