He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Polen and Edna Polen (Bobbit); his wife Vickie Polen; his sons, William West and Roger Polen; and his siblings, Lewis Polen, Herman Polen, Robert Ambers and JoAnn Polen.
He is survived by: his children, Frederick Polen, II (Cynthia), Stephanie Polen and Shawna Weathers; his grandchildren, Frederick Polen, III, Thomas Polen, Emily Polen, Richard Gaddis, Samatha Gaddis, William West and Trey West; and his brothers, Roger David Polen and Edwin Polen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Love Funeral Home (14345 Greene St NE, Palmyra, IN 47164). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
