He was predeceased by: his parents, Audra Pavey Fugate and Eugene Pavey; and his brothers, Tommy Pavey and Tony Fugate. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Pavey (Kelli) and Adam Pavey (Stacy); his grandchildren, Lily Pavey and Thomas Pavey; his wife Linda Spalding Pavey; his siblings, Randy Pavey and Chris Fugate (Melissa); and his parents-in-law, Donald Spalding (Melinda), Sarah O'Connor (Chris), Karen Bolen (Tony), Jeff Spalding and Patty Sieg (Eric). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
