She is survived by: her husband Michael Scott Mathis; her children, Charles Rigsby (Athena Meyer) of Clarksville, Indiana and Mary McGill of New Albany; her siblings, Charles Warrick of Jeffersonville and Cathy Reynolds of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Bradley Steenbergen, Ciera McGill, Rodrick McGill, Trysten Meyer and Rayden Meyer.
