We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Lowell Douglas Howard of New Richmond, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Grant Howard and Margaret W. Howard (White); and his siblings, William Howard, Victoria, Kaye and Rebecca.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Howard of New Richmond, IN.; and his sisters, Peggy Collins (John) of Lexington, KY. and Glenna Davis (Greg) of Blowing Rock, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and friends.
The family has chosen cremation and due to concerns of Covid 19 will have a memorial service for family and friends at a later date and the ashes will be placed in the Howard family lot in Kentucky.
