He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi E. Miller and Treva Mae Miller (Mullet); his former wife Alice C. Miller (Krallman); his son Donnie Miller; his son-in-law Wayne Eppley; and his stepson-in-law James Deel.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Winship Miller; his daughter Susan K. Eppley; his grandchildren, Michael Snyder (Angela), Morgan Auker and Lucas Miller; his stepchildren, Cyndee Blue (Jeff), Kim Bitting (Jim), Dave Winship, Kelley Deel and Trevor Winship; and his siblings, Rodney Y. Miller (Nylene), Myrna K. Earnheart, Larry Lee (Betty), Georgia, Herbert N. Miller (Bertha), Frederick Q. Miller, Sandra D. Coy (Don), Fort Wayne and Marlon B. Miller (Linda). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
