She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Mellinger and Ruby Mellinger (Stout); and her husband Phillip David Moyer. She is survived by: her children, Beth Smith (Stuart) and Jon Moyer (Chell Maloyed); her grandsons, Jason Hendrix and Justin Smith (Robin); and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Madison, Payne Hendrix, Dalton, Leighton Pierson, Blaine, Carley, Brooks and Clark Smith.
