He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Willard Kemp and Dolly Lorene Kemp Neuman; and his sister Jean Collett. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Kemp and Shana Dieckman; his sisters, Joyce Johnson, Omadean Jetter and Helen Ryan; and his close friend Beverly Noland. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
