He was predeceased by: his sister Lois Rumsey. He is survived by: his parents, Owen Miller and Rosa Miller (Cassel); his spouse Marie Rassi; his children, Marsha Milliron of Goshen, Cindy Packer (Gordon) of New Paris and Douglas Woodring (Wanda) of Millersburg; his siblings, Jeanette Miller of Goshen and Terry Miller (Virginia) of New Paris; and his brother-in-law Robert Rumsey of Michigan City. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
