She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Nickolas Pernokis and Helen Jean Flanigan (Caudill); and her brother Nickolas Pernokis. She is survived by: her husband Tim Smith; her son Charles Levi Gregory of New Paris; her granddaughter Kelsey Gregory; and her brothers, Phillip Pernokis (Kristi) of Elkhart and Paul Pernokis of Elkhart County.
