He is survived by: his wife Josie Miller (Slaven); his daughter Cathy S. Looney (Richard); his grandsons, Richard Leroy Looney (Sharice) and Dwayne Looney (Heidi); his great grandchild Thaddaeus Looney; his grandson Pastor Dwayne Looney; and his nephew Pastor Caleb Reed.
