With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean Lamar Morehouse (New Paris, Indiana), born in Milford, Indiana, who passed away on January 9, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Guy and Lydia Florence Morehouse (Rowdabaugh); his wife Eleanor Cobb; and his siblings, Glen, Herbert, Harold, Everett, Dale, Nelson Morehouse, Elsie Morehouse, Lucille Evans and Louise Meek.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Morehouse (Regina) of New Paris, Matthew Morehouse (Soni) of New Paris, Michelle Schmidt of Bristol and Melanie Mason (Ted) of Blissfield, Michigan; his brothers, Eldon Morehouse of Muncie and John Morehouse of Goshen; and his close friend Becky Hostetler. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
