He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Howk and Shirley Herman; and his daughter Heather Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Connie Holmes (VanderReyden); his sons, Jason Holmes (Jamee) and Nathan Holmes (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Jasmine, Jason, Owen, Tyler, Jaelyn and Jaxon.
