He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Neff and Freeda Neff Collins (Eaglebarger); and his sister Ileta Harley. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah; his wife Lois Evans; his son-in-law Chris Tharp of Goshen; his grandchildren, Glen and Jessica Tharp of Goshen; his siblings, Christine Pendleton of Corydon and G. Steve; and his sister-in-law Marcia Neff of Walnut Creek, California.. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
