He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Apgar and Nila Apgar. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ward Apgar (Debbie); his children, John Thomas Apgar and Kimberli Hough (Kim); and his sister Judith Apgar Hay (Judy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.
