He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edgar Bernard Hill and Hilda Elizabeth Hill (Humig); his siblings, Patricia Ann Hill (Patsy), Gail Eugene Hill and Leo Joseph Hill; his wife Helen Louise; his children, John Hill and Toni Owens; and his stepchildren, Bruce Wesley Smith, Mark Smith (Sara Smith), Tim Smith (Jennifer Smith), Scott Smith, Darrell Smith (Bonnie Smith) and Pamela Calaway. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 11 nieces and nephews, and many friends.
