He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Tinnell; and his siblings, Kathryn "Kassie" Tinnell-Haag and Jim Tinnell. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa L. Tinnell (Cindy VanBree) and Linda K. Tinnell (James Osborne); his cousin Betty Silcox-Starr (Keith); and his brother Paul Tinnell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
