He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Drake (Meyer) of New Palestine, Indiana; his daughter Vanessa Bohner (Thomas) of Bindlach, Germany; his stepchildren, Deborah Crain (Ronald) of New Castle and Douglas McBride (Ellen) of Louisville, Kentucky; his sister Deborah Walker of SeaTac, Washington; his grandchildren, Zachary, Emily and Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Layton and Cameron.
