He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosetta Soukup (Theobald) and Pete Soukup. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Soukup (McCaffrey); and his children, Maynard J. Soukup (Jessica), Tamera Petty, Teresa Perryman (Mason), Tisha Soukup, Cali Sensing, Tatum Soukup, Kelly Williamson (Kevin) and Terra Wilson (Tim). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
