He was predeceased by: his wife Ila Mae Holtzclaw. He is survived by: his children, Becky Emery (Denny), Anita Kelsey (Steve), Gary Slinker and Jeff Slinker (Jill); and his grandchildren, Stacy Purcell (Jamie), Amy Phillip (Paul Holle), Wes Kendall (Anna), Mike Kelsey, Matt Kelsey (Anna), Josh Slinker (Ashley Williamson), Zach Slinker and Emily Fox (Kurtis). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
